Want your order shipped today? We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday-Friday.

Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team @mm420botsupport via our Telegram channel. Please note we will only be able to track your order once it goes past the expected delivery time.

To ensure your order arrives without delay, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact our support team @mm420botsupport immediately via our Telegram channel quoting your order number. We’ll do our best to update your details if we are notified before your order ships.

Please note: We are unable to issue refunds for orders that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address.

We ship to the UK & EU.

While we strive for a perfect delivery record, rare shipping errors can occur. If your order is lost or misplaced due to a mistake with our shipping provider, we will send 50% of your original order. Please note this is for repeat customers only. In the rare event your order is lost because of an error we've made, we will send a full reship or provide a full refund. 

Please message @mm420botsupport on telegram with any issues before leaving a review! We will happily fix any genuine faults with any of our products.

Think you've received the wrong weight/strain?

To help as best we can please send an image of your sealed order (on scales) alongside your order number to @mm420botsupport via our Telegram channel.
