While we strive for a perfect delivery record, rare shipping errors can occur. This is why we offer 50% insurance.

If any *Tracked order is lost or misplaced due to an issue with our shipping provider, we will send a 50% reship of your original order. 

In the rare event your order is lost due to an error we've made, we will send a full reship or provide a full refund. 

*50% insurance is not available for any 'Standard' shipping options

Want your order shipped today? We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday-Friday.

Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cutoff, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. 

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact @mm420botsupport via Telegram. 

Please note we will only be able to track your order once it goes past the expected delivery time.  

We take privacy very seriously at MM420!! 

All customer data is protected and regularly deleted. Please purchase using XMR for best use of privacy.
